Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping rates, delivery times, and policies.
Dispatch & Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping based on your location. All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB).
Zone 1: Thailand (Domestic)
- Shipping Cost: FREE
- Estimated Delivery: 1 - 3 Business Days
Zone 2: Asia (Regional Neighbors)
- Includes: Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Philippines.
- Standard Shipping: ฿300
- Free Shipping: On orders ฿2,500 and up
- Estimated Delivery: 5 - 10 Business Days
Zone 3: Oceania & Middle East
- Includes: Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Israel.
- Standard Shipping: ฿450
- Free Shipping: On orders ฿3,500 and up
- Estimated Delivery: 7 - 14 Business Days
Zone 4: North America, Europe & Rest of World
- Includes: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, France, and all other international destinations.
- Standard Shipping: ฿600
- Free Shipping: On orders ฿4,000 and up
- Estimated Delivery: 10 - 21 Business Days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.
Important: Customs, Duties & Taxes
For all international orders (outside of Thailand):
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once it reaches your destination country.
- Customer Responsibility: These charges are not included in your ERA purchase price or shipping cost. The customer is 100% responsible for paying any applicable fees to their local customs authority.
- Refused Packages: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we will deduct the original shipping cost and any return fees from your refund.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address. If your package is lost in transit (before being marked delivered), please contact us immediately at era.athleisurebkk@gmail.com so we can assist you.
