Returns & Exchanges

At ERA, we want you to find your rhythm in gear that fits perfectly. If something isn't right, we are here to help.

1. Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Note: For hygiene reasons, Sports Bras and Biker Shorts must be tried on over your own underwear.
  • Sale Items: Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at era.athleisurebkk@gmail.com with:

  1. Your Order Number (e.g., #ERA1001)
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for the return (e.g., Size too small, Fit preference)

We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions on where to send your package.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of the return shipping and send you a replacement immediately.
  • Change of Mind / Wrong Size:
    • Domestic (Thailand): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to our Bangkok warehouse. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the new size back to you (one-time courtesy).
    • International: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • If you received Free Shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund if the return drops your order total below the free shipping threshold.
