Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are based in Bangkok, Thailand, and ship worldwide. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

 

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Bangkok within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays in Thailand).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB).

Zone 1: Domestic (Thailand)

  • Rate: Free Shipping
  • Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days

Zone 2: Southeast & East Asia

  • Includes: Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, etc.
  • Standard Rate: ฿300
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders ฿2,500 and up
  • Estimated Delivery: 5-10 business days

Zone 3: Oceania & Middle East

  • Includes: Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Israel, etc.
  • Standard Rate: ฿450
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders ฿3,500 and up
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days

Zone 4: North America, Europe & Rest of World

  • Includes: United States, Canada, Austria, all European countries, etc.
  • Standard Rate: ฿600
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders ฿4,000 and up
  • Estimated Delivery: 10-21 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier-related issues.

 

3. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

This is important for all international customers (outside of Thailand):

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country.
  • The customer is 100% responsible for paying these fees. ERA is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country.
  • We cannot predict what these charges may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
  • If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping or processing fees.

 

4. Tracking & Order Status

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

  • Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at era.athleisurebkk@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are stolen or lost.
